Cosmetology – 1,000 hours

The curriculum for students enrolled in the Cosmetology Program consists of technical instruction and practical training covering hairstyling, haircutting, manicuring, hair coloring, shampooing, bleaching, anatomy, finger waving, permanent waving, sanitation, scalp treatments, physiology, hygiene, ethics and salesmanship.

 

Esthetics (Skin Care) – 300 hours

The curriculum for students enrolled in the Esthetics (Skin Care) Program consists of technical instruction and practical training covering massages, electricity and esthetics equipment, depilation, waxing, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, application of makeup, sales product knowledge, clinical practice, record keeping, anatomy and physiology, diseases and disorders of the skin, cosmetic chemistry ingredients and product knowledge, sterilization, sanitation, bacteriology, management, laws, communication, and ethics.

 

Nail Technology – 100 hours

The curriculum for students enrolled in the Nail Technology Program consists of technical instruction and practical training covering the art and science of manicuring techniques, including basic manicuring with hand and arm massage, artificial nail techniques, safety, sanitation and sterilization methods, hygiene, anatomy, professional ethics, salon management and state laws.
